Job Title: eCommerce Performance Analyst Intern Employment Type: Internship (Stage – 2 to 3 months) Location: Annecy (preferred) or Remote in France Internship Period: Start date: June 1st or July 1st, 2025 Monthly Compensation: 669,90 € / month (in line with French internship standards) Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and curious eCommerce Performance Analyst Intern to help accelerate our D2C growth. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work across analytics, customer experience, and commercial optimization within a dynamic, healthtech startup environment. Reporting directly to the CEO and/or COO , and collaborating closely with our Lead Developer and Marketing team , you’ll be involved in strategic assessments and execution support across digital performance, user experience, and operational processes. Key Responsibilities: Benchmark best practices and analyze competitor eCommerce strategies, delivering actionable recommendations to improve performance and feature adoption. Assist in tracking and reporting on KPIs such as conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer retention. Provide UX/UI and usability recommendations to enhance the customer journey across desktop and mobile. Explore and propose new capabilities leveraging the Shopify ecosystem (e.g. referral programs, affiliate marketing, product bundles, subscription models). Identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization across the purchase funnel. Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reviews with clear insights and recommendations. Support the team in implementing activation campaigns (e.g. email flows with Mailchimp), in collaboration with the marketing intern. Assess adjacent operational aspects such as logistics (e.g. fulfillment processes, return handling) and customer service experience, and suggest improvements based on benchmarks and internal analysis. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Data, UX Design, Operations, or a related field. Strong interest in digital commerce, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (ideally Shopify), Google Analytics, and Excel or Google Sheets. Prior project or internship experience in digital marketing, operations, or analytics is a plus. Comfortable analyzing data, exploring tools, and summarizing findings into clear insights. Fluent in English and/or French. Soft Skills: Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Proactive and eager to take initiative. Detail-oriented and well-organized. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Passion for health, performance, and digital innovation.
