We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Manager who’s deeply experienced in iGaming, online sports betting, and sweepstakes to lead strategy and execution for an established crypto casino and sportsbook brand with a global audience of highly qualified bettors. You’ll be responsible for the tactical execution of all paid media and reporting, as well as cross-channel strategy and execution, ensuring cohesion and consistency while directly managing team members in social, affiliate, and SEO. About the team: With a platform built and funded by a quantitative sports betting fund over six years ago, their goal is now to modernize the art of bookmaking, beginning with helping one of the sharpest brands in the world better manage their sports betting risk. The company ethos revolves around wearing multiple hats, finding practical solutions to problems, and embracing the basics to build a strong foundation. This position might be for you if: You thrive in a small-team/startup environment and feed on the energy and eventual sense of accomplishment of building systems, teams, and frameworks for success You’re fully dialed-into marketing and advertising regulations around crypto, sweepstakes, and iGaming (on- and off-shore) You’re excited by the idea of acquiring and retaining players by tapping into two very impassioned communities - crypto AND iGaming You’re a tactical marketer who can (and will) build and deploy paid media campaigns yourself while also managing team leads in their respective channels Compensation/Offerings: $110k-$140k CAN annual base salary (flexibility commensurate with experience) Substantial bonus opportunity based on KPIs and revenue Toronto-based preferred; open to Montreal, Vancouver, or greater immediate surrounding areas; willing and able to work in-office a few days a week is ideal (relocation assistance also available) Healthcare stipend Hybrid-remote opportunity with schedule flexibility and autonomy to execute; 3-4 days/week in the Toronto office is strongly preferred Potential for scale, both as an individual contributor and company-wide Experienced leadership with deep roots and proven success across the iGaming and eSports landscape Key Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, oversee omnichannel digital marketing efforts, including SEO, Social Media, Affiliate, and Paid Media, while managing team members and ensuring cohesion across campaigns Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to acquire and retain players for the sweepstakes brand and help maintain existing crypto brand Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google,META, and other digital channels Collaborate with creative teams to deliver compelling ad creatives and landing pages Manage and optimize media budgets in addition to third party media companies to drive efficient user acquisition and CPA goals Manage tracking infrastructure (UTMs, Pixels, GA4) to ensure full attribution and reporting accuracy. Optimize funnels on a weekly basis Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and implement improvements based on data insights Identify new traffic sources, audience segments, and growth opportunities Stay up to date with advertising policies for sweepstakes and gambling, ensuring compliance across all campaigns. Finding creative marketing opportunities for crypto brand to accelerate growth Set, measure and evaluate SEO deliverables for the SEO team. Ensure that SEO objectives are included in all digital marketing strategies Collaborate with Social and Affiliate team to set strategy and ensure results Requirements Toronto-based preferred; open to Montreal, Vancouver, or greater immediate surrounding areas; willing and able to work in-office a few days a week is ideal (relocation assistance also available) 5 years experience in digital marketing at a sportsbook, casino, DFS, or gaming-related company (required) Strong knowledge of cross-channel marketing strategies, including SEO and Social Media/Affiliate Marketing Direct experience running ads on third party marketplaces such as Google, Meta, or Demand Side Platform networks such as Taboola . Experience marketing sweepstakes, skill-based gaming, or offshore/regulated gaming experience Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user acquisition metrics, and ad platform optimizations Experience managing others - must be an extremely strong communicator who’s capable of being both self-directed and also directing a team Hands-on, self-starter mentality — willing to build, iterate, and optimize quickly. Passive personalities need not apply! Willingness to be creative to achieve the company’s objectives Experience working in fast-moving startup or entrepreneurial environments a plus Familiarity with marketing Grey market sportsbook operators PLUS Player retention marketing experience is a plus
