Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing efforts. You’ll be a team of one—for now—which means you’ll be rolling up your sleeves to create , execute , and optimize everything from blog posts to paid ad campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a measurable impact without getting lost in layers of approvals or red tape. ✅ What You’ll Be Responsible For: Create & Distribute Content: Write blog posts, social media captions, and articles that grab attention and drive engagement Design simple but professional graphics (using Canva or similar) Produce and edit short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Run Content Marketing Campaigns: Build and manage our content calendar Plan and launch social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels Track performance and iterate based on results Manage Google Ads: Set up and optimize Google AdWords campaigns Monitor ad spend and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI Write compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions Other Marketing Responsibilities: Update our website with fresh content and landing pages Assist with email marketing Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends Who You Are: A self-starter who’s not afraid to figure things out and get things done Excellent writer and communicator Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and a CMS like WordPress Analytical mindset—you love tracking what works and tweaking what doesn’t Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or SEO tools (like SEMrush or Ahrefs) Why Join Us?
