We are looking for a Digital Communication Strategist with solid digital experience, ready to lead our communication strategies and strengthen the brand's online presence. The role is hybrid, with a weekly presence (3 days) at our headquarters in Egna (BZ). Your role Within the Digital Marketing area, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital communication strategies that position Würth Italy as a leader in the B2B sector. You will work on cross-functional projects with multiple objectives and measure results through KPIs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists in social media, content, and video production to ensure strategic coherence and tangible results. Strategic definition: Outline clear objectives in collaboration with the Digital Communication team and create detailed roadmaps for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Content strategy: Oversee the creation of high-quality content and develop advanced editorial plans for each digital touchpoint. Data-driven marketing: Monitor and optimize key metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) to ensure strategy success. AI content creation: Use tools like ChatGPT, DALL-E, and other AI to improve content quality and efficiency. Omnichannel campaign management: Coordinate social activities with advertising campaigns, Digital PR, and influencer marketing to amplify brand visibility. Trend watching and innovation: Identify new digital trends and introduce innovative formats to distinguish the brand in the market. Strategic community management: Strengthen engagement with the audience, increasing brand trust and loyalty. Team collaboration: Work with creatives, copywriters, and other specialists to ensure smooth integration of strategies into daily activities. What we are looking for Consolidated experience: 3-5 years in strategic roles within medium-large B2B and/or B2C contexts or communication agencies. Advanced skills: Deep knowledge of main social platforms and the integration between organic and paid strategies. Experience in implementing omnichannel digital strategies. Use of AI tools for content creation and strategic optimization. Ability to analyze data and use analytical tools to optimize performance. Excellent storytelling and content creation skills. Essential soft skills: creativity, proactivity, problem-solving, precision, and teamwork. Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media (e.g., Meta, Google Analytics, HubSpot). Proficiency with advanced tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Data Studio, or similar. Experience managing omnichannel campaigns and performance marketing projects. Knowledge of SEO principles for social and web strategies.
