Job Opportunity: Human Resources Consultant - Internship Location: Villafranca di Verona, Veneto, Italy Company: Adecco Italia SpA, Divisione Specializzata We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Permanent Division team to contribute effectively to our company's growth plans. The selected candidate will work in a stimulating, innovative, collaborative, and cohesive environment. In this role, you will support a Senior Consultant specializing in the Search and Selection of specialized profiles across Verona province, assisting with operational activities related to Delivery, Business Development, and project closures, ensuring effective and timely execution. Training and Activities: Analyze company contexts and needs under supervision; Define professional profiles and draft job descriptions; Design and plan the selection process; Utilize online and offline recruitment channels, networking, and LinkedIn hunting; Develop a network of candidates and stakeholders to facilitate recruitment; Assist in screening CVs, conducting structured interviews, administering tests, and presenting shortlists; Market candidates effectively; Conduct strategic market analyses to develop business actions. Candidate Profile: Preferably a degree in humanities or social sciences; Interest in Human Resources sector; Strong interpersonal skills and quick learner; Familiarity with main IT tools; Outgoing, proactive, and determined individuals. Details: Type: 6-month internship with a €500/month stipend €6 daily meal vouchers; Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Location: Adecco Villafranca di Verona branch.
