What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and implement a content strategy tailored for the Italian market, aligned with overall marketing goals. Create compelling financial and marketing content, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, and website copy, to drive conversions and educate users. Translate and adapt existing content from other language editions, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy for the Italian audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated strategies that align with business objectives. Establish and maintain external editorial collaborations to promote the Italian edition. Analyze content performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Monitor Italian financial market trends and competitor activities to find opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Stay updated on best practices in digital marketing and financial services. Develop a deep understanding of our financial products and services, translating complex concepts into clear, accessible language. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in content creation, preferably within the financial sector or with a strong portfolio of financial writing. Excellent writing and editing skills in Italian, with a strong journalistic background. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and content marketing principles. Ability to create, edit, and share content (including videos) on social media. Financial savvy and a genuine interest in financial markets. Excellent communication skills in Italian (native preferred) and proficient in English. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. Presentable, approachable, and communicative. Motivated for professional growth. Advantages: Strong on-camera presence and comfort with public speaking.
