The training project includes : Full mentorship with scientific mentors throughout a 6-month period; Cross-training in in-vitro methodologies and managing Toxicology studies as a Study Director; Fellowship and free lunch; Learning the preclinical development process of new molecules, including study protocol preparation, supervision, data review, and evaluation; Professional training through reading and discussing regulatory guidelines: ICH, OECD, EMA, FDA; Practical, on-the-job training aimed at achieving full autonomy in laboratory activities, data interpretation, reporting, and submission.
