Marketing & Communication Specialist

We are looking for a person enthusiastic both about Marketing, who will support the department in shaping and executing the global marketing and communication strategies in alignment with the brand's vision, mission, and goals. You will play a pivotal role in creating, developing and implementing effective local content and marketing. Your responsibilities will include: Proactively support the Marketing & Communication Manager in the conception and implementation of new marketing communication ideas Ideation and implementation of pioneered brand activations and special projects Systematically observe the competitive scenario as a base to activate collaborations as communication opportunities for the Italian market Independently ensure the correct execution of the assigned activities, collaborating with all the brand function including internal and external counterparties Create synergy with all the marketing functions including media digital and traditional, social media, marketing communication, trade marketing, event and PR Carry out other activities to support the marketing initiatives Ensure that the brand's image is respected across all channels, whether in copy, creative, or deployed strategies Track performance, analyze results and share recommendations to improve and establish reports on a regular basis Analyze website traffic and social media results Contribute to the creation of successful multichannel adv campaign to drive sales objectives Assist in preparing presentations and marketing performance evaluations Help coordinate with agencies and consultants Support project coordination with sponsored teams, athletes, ambassadors and key partners To be successful in this role, we imagine you to have: 5years of previous experience Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field Strong interest in sports and digital marketing Data driven and analytic approach with constant focus on ROI Creativity, proactivity approach, project management and a can-do attitude is fundamental for the role Good eyes for fashion/aesthetic social contents is mandatory. A good network of social talents is a plus Excellent people and communication skills completes the profile Proficient with Excel and Power Point Able to manage and deliver priorities within deadlines Languages Excellent knowledge of the English language at professional level is required.
