Job Description What you’ll do… Provide a warm, memorable experience for guests, from a friendly welcome to assisting with questions and requests. Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring billing accuracy. Collaborate with team members to maintain busy, efficient operations and support restaurant bookings. Answer phones, handle requests, and offer recommendations to guests. Take reservations via phone, process payments, and assist the team on the floor. Utilize the online reservation system effectively, ensuring all reservation details are accurate. Proactively anticipate guest needs and provide solutions to exceed expectations. Qualifications Seeking individuals who value authenticity and individuality, not corporate conformity. Passionate about hospitality—whether food, drink, events, or accommodations. Committed to creating positive, memorable interactions with guests. Team players who help get things done without ego. Open to doing things differently and trying new approaches.
