QiBit Italy - Pavia, Italy QiBit, the ICT division of Gi Group S.p.A., an Employment Agency (Aut. Min. 26/11/04 Prot. n. 1101-SG), specializes in the selection, training, insertion, and professional development of IT profiles for the Italian market. We are seeking: Recent graduates in technical-scientific fields to be trained in programming languages and integrated into teams managing significant projects for major client companies, particularly in the financial sector. The resources will be part of the Digital Business Unit, which handles Process Optimization, Digital Product Marketing, and Business Consulting, working with cutting-edge tools and technologies. After approximately one month of training, the resources will acquire the skills necessary to support project management by coding based on client requests. Main activities and responsibilities (post-training): Support in managing assigned projects, including product development; Collaborate with the Developers Team to develop company management software; Participate in daily sprint meetings organized by the Scrum Master and monitor progress on DevOps; Write code employing best practices and according to client specifications provided to the Product Owner; Apply analytical and problem-solving skills; Work effectively in a team; Knowledge of programming languages is preferred, especially COBOL; Experience in testing and debugging is a plus.
