The Role The Customer Success Specialist will work with existing JoVE customers (universities and research centers) to demonstrate how JoVE video resources can support their pedagogy. Please share your updated resume in English. Responsibilities: Customer-facing role focusing on outreach to faculty members to integrate JoVE resources into their curriculum and increase usage among existing customers. Developing relationships with key decision makers (Heads of Departments, Deans of Faculties, etc.) and teaching/research staff at universities and research institutes through daily outreach (phone calls, 1:1 demo meetings, emails, etc.). Delivering product awareness within new and ongoing customer universities and research institutes. Organizing product presentations and webinars at exhibits, conferences, university seminars, workshops, and onsite visits. Providing customer feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams. Maintaining positive ongoing relationships to support customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Science disciplines. Fluent in Italian with proficiency in English. 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles in the education or publishing market (desirable). A passion for science, education, and the belief that video/technology can enhance learning. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for remote relationship building. Excellent listening skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of education market trends and challenges in areas such as Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Physics, Engineering, or Psychology.
