Estimator - Graduate through to Senior positions available Construction Cookstown £26,000 to £35,000 (dependant on experience) Office based The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Estimator, to join a well-established business that is market leader within structural support within the construction industry. The successful candidate will be joining a well-established and supportive team at their facility in Cookstown. This is an incredibly supportive team, so recent graduates are welcome to apply, alongside candidates with estimating experience within the construction industry. Responsibilities - Work with customers to provide quotations, based on their requirements. - Prepare accurate and commercially competitive technical schedules. - Work collaboratively with both the project and structural team to help facilitate the successful completion of the project. - Use AutoCAD to create supporting documentation for quotations. The Person - Recent graduate with a relevant degree within construction/ engineering OR experienced working as an Estimator, ideally within the construction industry. - Ability to interpret construction drawings - Experience using AutoCAD to create technical drawings. - Commercially aware with strong financial skills. - Excellent communication skills.
