Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisors to join our pool of supply staff working daily cover assignments across Derby and nearby towns and villages. Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor or looking to gain valuable classroom experience before progressing into teaching, we want to hear from you! What We Offer: Flexible work to suit your lifestyle - choose the days you're available Opportunities to work in a variety of secondary schools across the region Daily rates of pay from £100 to £135, depending on experience Ongoing support and professional development from your dedicated consultant About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you'll manage classroom behaviour and deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of a teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your classroom management skills and gain hands-on experience in education.
