Business Development Executive Full-time | 37 hours/week, 52 weeks/year | Up to £31,109 per annum Closing Date: 1st May 2025 (Applications will be reviewed upon receipt) Are you a results-driven Employer Engagement professional or Recruitment Consultant ready for your next challenge? We are seeking a confident and proactive Business Development Executive to help drive forward employer partnerships and learner engagement in the education and training sector. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to promote Apprenticeships , workplace learning , and bespoke training solutions . Identify and develop new business opportunities across various sectors. Support learner recruitment initiatives, including outreach and engagement with prospective learners. Attend employer meetings and networking events to represent the organisation and identify collaboration opportunities. What We're Looking For: Background in employer engagement , recruitment , sales , or a similar target-driven environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (regular employer site visits are part of the role).
