What You'll Do - Source top talent using job boards, LinkedIn & direct outreach - Write attention-grabbing job ads - Build client and candidate relationships - Coordinate interviews and support hiring processes - Hit personal and team goals - and get rewarded for them What We're Looking For - Ambitious, driven graduate or career starter - Natural communicator with confidence - Resilient, coachable, and full of energy - Sales or customer experience?
