At BlackCat we’re looking for a driven and proactive Talent Resourcer to support our clients across the UK with high-quality recruitment services. As part of our growing Recruitment Division, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional service through our Ad-Hoc Recruitment and Recruitment Club offerings. You’ll be working alongside a supportive and collaborative team, with the tools, training, and freedom to make a real difference in people’s careers. What You’ll Be Doing: * Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of client roles * Posting vacancies across job boards and social platforms with speed and accuracy * Using creative resourcing methods to find the best candidates for every role * Delivering a first-class candidate experience, treating every applicant with respect * Maintaining clear, consistent communication with clients and candidates * Managing documentation, approvals, and reporting in line with service SLAs * Regularly updating and promoting roles via your professional network * Representing BlackCat professionally in meetings and across social media What We’re Looking For: * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Confident communicator with a people-first approach * A proactive attitude—you don’t wait to be asked * Experience in recruitment or client services is a plus (but not essential) * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or CRM tools would be helpful * A team player who uplifts and supports others * Keen interest in improving processes and achieving performance targets What You’ll Gain: * The chance to grow within a company that values people, development, and innovation * Ongoing training through our learning matrix * Exposure to a wide range of industries and clients * The opportunity to attend client meetings and build lasting professional relationships * A collaborative, upbeat culture where your ideas are welcomed and your impact is visible Additional Info: This role involves working closely with our internal HR and Finance teams to ensure accuracy in candidate documentation, compliance, reporting, and expenses.
