Job Description
Freelance Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) – Business Improvement Techniques (BIT) ️ Remote | Freelance | Competitive – Rate Negotiable We’re seeking a Freelance IQA to support with the quality assurance of 70–80 apprentices on Business Improvement Techniques (BIT/LMO) programmes. This is a short-term assignment—once the cohort is quality checked, the job is complete. What’s involved: * Conduct remote IQA sampling of BIT/LMO apprenticeships * Ensure assessment decisions meet awarding body and compliance standards * Provide clear feedback to assessors and contribute to standardisation * Maintain accurate and timely documentation ✅ What we’re looking for: * Qualified IQA (L4 Award in IQA or equivalent) * Strong experience with BIT or similar vocational qualifications * Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently * Experience working with remote/online portfolios (e.g., OneFile, Smart Assessor) Rate: To be confirmed, based on experience If you're a detail-driven IQA looking for a flexible freelance project, we’d love to hear from you!
