About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant specialising in ADHD support, you will play a pivotal role in assisting students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing tailored 1:1 support or working with small groups of up to 3 students to help improve focus and concentration. • Collaborating with teachers to create and implement strategies that meet the unique needs of ADHD learners. • Encouraging students to build confidence, develop self-regulation skills, and achieve their academic goals. • Supporting classroom activities and ensuring that students remain engaged and motivated. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a compassionate and proactive individual with: • Experience working with ADHD students in a school or similar setting. • A genuine passion for education and inclusivity. • Strong communication and organisational skills to manage varying needs effectively. • A patient, positive, and adaptable approach to challenges. • Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs (SEN) is desirable but not essential.
