Job Title: Mechanical Engineer / Maintenance Plumber Location: South Cambridge area Salary: Mechanical Engineer – £45,000 | Maintenance Plumber – £42,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Call-Out Rota: 1 in 6, with £100 standby and minimum 4 hours paid per call-out About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer or Maintenance Plumber to join a dedicated on-site facilities team within a high-profile building. You'll be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responsive repairs across general mechanical and plumbing systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated engineer who thrives in a client-facing, well-structured environment with strong team support and long-term stability.
