Job Description Design and verification of digital IC circuit blocks within analog/RF IPs Create analog/RF macro models for system level co-simulation verification Testing & Debugging of IC prototypes (with system verification engineers) Support of IC to mass production ready Continual support / debug of field related issues or customer IC rejects Requirement B.Eng (EE) with > 2 years digital IC Design experience. Fresh graduates in EE (major in microelectronics) are welcome to apply Knowledge of digital, mixed-signal designs and wireless transceivers is an added advantage. Location: One North, Singapore About the team Radio System Solutions Division develops standalone RF-IC or IPs for wireless communication products within MediaTek. This involves designing and verification of building blocks such as low-noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, filters, data-converters, phase-locked loops, low-dropout regulators and digital calibration circuits in advanced semiconductor processes.
