Department Leader/Manager (TCG) Job Description: Oversee the marketing and development of Trading Card Game (TCG) brands Manage and motivate team members, ensuring that members work to their fullest potential and deliver their assigned tasks with highest proficiency Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a sense of collaboration and accountability Set the team goals within the overall company’s goals and objectives Cooperate with team members to plan and execute brand strategies to achieve the desired goals Manage team’s budget Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management position Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral Proactive and has good decision-making skills Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude Excellent at schedule management and multitasking Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events Open to travel overseas for business trips when required Good to Have: Knowledge in our trading card games Japanese language skills (in order to liaise with Japanese speaking associates) Public speaking skills J-18808-Ljbffr
