Job Description At Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS), we innovate to enhance the technology experience for every Grabber, focusing on customer-centric solutions. This role is based in Singapore and onsite. Get To Know The Role Reporting to the Head of GTS, this position leads the Finance Systems team managing Oracle ERPM Cloud, Kyriba treasury management, and other platforms, with potential expansion into Legal systems. A strong background in Finance, Treasury, and Procurement is essential. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Lead a team of internal and external Oracle ERPM specialists across APAC. Implement and support financial, legal, and procurement systems to enable transformation. Develop business and technology roadmaps with stakeholders and manage resources to realize the vision. Drive continuous improvement and technological innovation. Partner with Finance and Legal teams and coordinate with other technology units. Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and external vendors. Qualifications Minimum 15 years of experience. Experience managing large teams, budgets, and vendor relationships. Deep knowledge of Finance, Treasury, and Procurement processes, with Oracle Fusion Cloud experience. Strong relationship-building and business partnership skills. Proven leadership in team development and organizational growth. Ability to translate technology needs into business value. Experience with SOX compliance and audit controls. Nice-to-Haves Experience with Kyriba or similar treasury systems. Experience with Concur or expense management solutions. Knowledge of legal processes and systems. Product management experience.
