Job no: 498916 Department: Global Experience Contract type: Contract Apply now The Manager will support the Global Experience Division in promoting SIT's overseas immersion and student mobility programmes. This role involves strengthening SIT's international brand presence (eg. China and Asean) through effective social media strategies and hosting external guests visiting the university. The ideal candidate will contribute to building partnerships with universities and organizations globally while enhancing the overall visibility of SIT’s global learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Programme Support: Assist in the promotion and execution of overseas immersion and student mobility programmes, ensuring alignment with SIT's strategic objectives. International Relations: Welcome and engage external guests visiting SIT, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the institution's offerings and initiatives. Social Media: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance SIT's brand recognition internationally, including creating content that showcases global learning opportunities. Partnership Development: Collaborate with the Global Relations team to identify potential university and organizational partners to expand SIT’s global network. Communication: Prepare promotional materials and presentations for stakeholders, effectively communicating SIT's global initiatives to various audiences. Key requirements: Tertiary qualification in International Relations, Communications, Chinese Studies or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in international relations or student global mobility. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and another second language; proficiency in a foreign language (Chinese) is an advantage. Experience in social media management and digital marketing strategies. Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audience.
