Job Description

Role overview We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Marketing & Communications Lead to helm the day-to-day marketing and communications function for OrangeTee, the agency and brokerage arm of Realion Group. This is a key role responsible for translating business goals into effective marketing strategies and overseeing a team of creatives, marketers, and content producers. You’ll lead the execution of campaigns that drive agent recruitment, brand engagement and internal communications, while ensuring alignment with Realion Group’s overarching positioning and brand direction. Leadership & team management Lead and manage the OrangeTee marketing and communications team to deliver impactful, consistent and timely campaigns Champion a strong team culture, mentoring team members and enabling high performance, collaboration and innovation Oversee the marketing calendar, team workflows and resource planning to ensure smooth execution Marketing strategy & execution Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns that support agent recruitment, brand engagement, product launches and market visibility Oversee digital and social media strategies, SEO/SEM, content marketing, events and agent enablement tools Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice and visual identity across all platforms and materials Monitor campaign performance and use data insights to refine strategies and improve ROI Support group-wide marketing and communications efforts when required, working closely with the Group Marcoms head and peers across entities to support larger Group campaigns and initiatives Communications and engagement Drive internal communication materials, engagement campaigns and key business updates for OrangeTee associates Support press-related initiatives and media engagement efforts in coordination with Group Comms Manage key narratives and ensure communication is aligned across all external and internal platforms Stakeholder collaboration Serve as the key marcomms partner to the Agency Head and leadership team Act as a bridge between OrangeTee entity and Realion Group, ensuring strategic alignment, shared messaging and two-way feedback and collaboration Collaborate with and support Group-level initiatives when needed – from campaign rollouts to events, internal comms and ad-hoc priorities – as part of a unified Group Marcoms function Qualifications and experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline At least 8 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications, including 3-5 years in a team leadership or strategic execution role. Prior experience in real estate, professional services or B2C marketing environments is a plus. Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns and lead cross-functional teams Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities Confident communicator, collaborative and hands-on leader who can balance strategy with execution J-18808-Ljbffr
