Position: Digital Marketing Executive – Up to $4,000 – Upp Paya Lebar Location: Upp Paya Lebar - Near Tai Seng MRT Working hours: 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 Performance Bonus 14 Days Annual Leave Duration: Perm Industry: Golf Products Responsibilities: Creating, implementing and managing the online and offline marketing strategy across a variety of brands and platforms. Overseeing the marketing budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively and efficiently. Management of social media channels Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, company website and E-commerce website. Coordinating and following through with daily online sales fulfillment. Evaluating current marketing programs and recommending improvements, staying updated with the latest marketing trends and competitor activities. Designing and developing online and offline marketing collateral – Signages, Banners, Ads, Posters, Social Media material, EDMs, etc. Building relationships with key media, agencies, vendors and brands to develop engaging content for print, digital and in-store communications channels. Liaising with suppliers, vendors & third-party business partners to ensure marketing objectives are met according to branding guidelines & artistic integrity. Developing, executing and maintaining a creative in-store visual merchandising strategy. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Experience in Meta Business Suite, E-commerce (ideally Shopify), Google Analytics, Adobe Illustrator & WordPress. E-commerce experience is a plus; experience in retail would be an advantage. Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
