Program Overview The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) is a 15-month local attachment with GSK, aimed at developing talent for Singapore’s biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Only Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible. Successful trainees receive a certificate upon completion. Role Responsibilities As an Operations Engineer, you will provide process and technical support to Manufacturing Operations teams, including deviation investigations, troubleshooting, CAPA management, change management, QMS analysis, risk assessment, and leading continuous improvement projects. You will also manage qualification and validation activities to ensure timely completion and maintain equipment and systems in a validated state.
