Program Details The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) is a 15-month local attachment with GSK, aimed at developing talent for Singapore's biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Only Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible. Successful trainees will receive a certificate upon completion. Role Responsibilities As an Operations Engineer, you will support Manufacturing Operations (Buffer and Material Preparation) to meet operational goals, including deviation investigations, troubleshooting, CAPA management, change management, QMS gap analysis, risk assessments, and leading continuous improvement projects. You will also manage qualification and validation activities, ensuring timely completion and maintenance of process equipment and critical systems in a validated state.
