Shape your Career with Citi We’re currently looking for a high-caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Information Technology Business Unit Lead Analyst – Vice President – Singapore- Hybrid (Internal Job Title: IT Business Unit Lead Analyst - C13) based in Changi Business Park, Singapore. We are from the Legacy Franchise Holdings Technology Team, seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Control, Financial Management, or Financial Audit. This role is critical for effective management of Legacy Franchise Holding Technology financials. In this role, you’re expected to: Manage technology financials and headcount planning for the team supporting holdings markets. Update financial outlooks based on forecasts, software licenses, and maintenance contracts, and coordinate with stakeholders on functional changes. Create Investment Requests, Work Requests, and handle planning, budgeting, headcount tracking, SOW tracking, and expense monitoring. Generate financial reports, monitor expenses, and fulfill ad-hoc management reporting requests. Coordinate functional changes to the annual plan with impacted stakeholders. Work closely with finance teams on quarterly reviews, headcount, and financial planning for the holdings technology team. Track third-party contracts, service agreements, cross-border approvals, and billing. Assess risks associated with business decisions, ensure compliance, and uphold ethical standards and controls. Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years in Finance and Technology Planning & Analysis functions. Knowledge of project management and billing tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, macros, and PowerPoint. Resourceful, independent, meticulous, and eager to learn. Team player.
