As an intern, you will immerse yourself in an international environment and develop your skills within a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. Purpose of the Role: Support the HR Department in executing the company’s employee cycle plan, focusing on communication and employee engagement activities. What you will do: Develop and implement an internal communication plan to promote corporate culture and improve employee engagement; Support the recruitment process by coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews; Assist in designing courses and tracking the training provided; Provide support with administrative tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes; Contribute to small HR projects focused on process improvement. What you will need: Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; A creative approach; Excellent knowledge of digital communication tools and social media; Good knowledge of the English language.
