We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our HR team in Concagno (CO). This role offers the chance to develop your skills in a collaborative, innovative, and international setting. Purpose of the Role Support the HR Department in executing the employee lifecycle plan, focusing on communication and employee engagement activities. Responsibilities Develop and implement internal communication strategies to foster corporate culture and enhance employee engagement; Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews; Support the design and tracking of training programs; Help with administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding; Participate in HR projects aimed at process improvement. Requirements Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; Creative mindset; Proficiency with digital communication tools and social media; Good command of English language.
