Mission You will lead our Supply Chain Sustainability Consulting Practice, reporting to the Business Line leader. You will leverage your industry expertise and ESG knowledge to develop compelling value propositions for clients and guide organizations through sustainable supply chain transformations, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and creating value. Key Accountabilities Leadership in Supply Chain Sustainability Consulting: Develop strategies, define value propositions, mentor teams, and oversee project delivery. Client Engagement & Value Creation: Build relationships, assess needs, guide implementation, and demonstrate value. Thought Leadership & Industry Expertise: Stay updated on regulations, share expertise, and contribute to methodologies. Business Development: Identify opportunities, lead proposals, collaborate with teams, and leverage synergies. Education Master’s Degree in Economics or Engineering, MBA or Post Graduate Degree preferred. Qualifications Proven leadership in supply chain sustainability, preferably in industry or consulting. Deep ESG knowledge and regulatory understanding. Strategy development and execution skills. Fluent in Italian and English. Strong relationship management and communication skills.
