Purpose of the Role: Assist the HR Department in executing the employee lifecycle plan, focusing on communication and employee engagement activities. Responsibilities include: Develop and implement internal communication plans to promote corporate culture and enhance employee engagement; Support recruitment by coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews; Assist in designing training courses and tracking training activities; Support administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding processes; Participate in HR projects aimed at process improvement. Requirements: Currently studying Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Creativity and a proactive approach; Strong knowledge of digital communication tools and social media; Good command of the English language.
