Nexeo Belgium is looking for an Engagement Coordinator / Project Manager to join one of the top financial institutions in Belgium! As a key driver for sustainability and corporate engagement, you will: Develop and implement an engagement strategy to inspire internal colleagues around sustainability initiatives Build an engaging internal and external storyline, collaborating with marketing & communication teams Coordinate financial inclusion programs in partnership with different stakeholders Increase the visibility of volunteering and philanthropy programs Create sustainable value for clients, colleagues, communities, and society Your profile: ✔️ Master's degree or equivalent experience ✔️ 2 years of relevant experience in sustainability (via work or education) ✔️ Strong project management, coordination, and strategic thinking skills ✔️ Fluent in Dutch, French, and English ✔️ Affinity with sustainability and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is a must ✔️ Experience in marketing/communication briefings is a plus ✔️ Result-driven, flexible, autonomous with a strong teamwork mindset Hybrid: 50% on-site / 50% homeworking Competitive package impactful projects in sustainability & finance Ready to shape the future of sustainable banking?
