We are seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to join our team in Mount Pleasant, SC ! This full-time, onsite role offers an opportunity to support K-12 students , ensuring they have the resources and emotional support they need to succeed. Position Details: Location: Mount Pleasant, SC Grade Levels: K-12 Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: Remainder of the school year, with the potential to renew for summer and 2024-2025 Key Responsibilities: Provide social-emotional support and crisis intervention for students Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop support plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create intervention strategies Connect students and families with community resources and services Assist in behavioral management and student advocacy Qualifications: Active South Carolina School Social Work License (Required) Masters Degree in Social Work (Required) Experience in a school setting is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Why Join Us?
