Job Description Job Description Minimum 1 years occupational therapy experience required. Are you currently seeking aschool based OT position? As a school based Occupational Therapist (OT) at a on-site position in Whitinsville, MA , you will provide individualized and group therapy to support students in developing the skills they need to succeed in their academic and social lives. Job Details: - 2024/2025 School Year - Hours: 7:30AM-3:00PM (3-4 days per week) - Caseload: Evaluations, Direct Services, and Supervising a part-time COTA - Age Level: Pre-K through 12th Grade (63 students) - Onsite only Qualifications: - Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. - Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist - Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school or pediatric setting. - Knowledge of IEP development and educational systems. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and school staff. - Ability to adapt therapy strategies to fit diverse student needs. - Familiarity with sensory processing issues and motor development.
