Requirements Grade 12, with a three-year tertiary FAIS-compliant diploma or degree RE5 Class of Business Training Five to eight years of relevant experience in customer success, growth management, or member relations within the medical scheme, healthcare, or insurance industry A valid drivers license and own transport Key Competencies Able to perform well under pressure Good interpersonal relations Business insights Strong analytical and statistical skills Good problem-solving skills
