We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern for our Shared Service Center in San Nicolas de los Garza. Requirements: Current studen t from 6th grade of Administration, Communication, Psychology, HR, or related field (No graduated). Microsoft 360 Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Basic knowledge of the HR area, desirable knowledge in recruitment (not mandatory). Intermediate-advanced level of English (required). Availability to work from Monday to Friday before 5pm (preferred, we are flexible). Main activities: (Other functions may be assigned) Sourcing of candidates for first filter. Job postings on social networks and job boards. Scheduling interviews for selected candidates with hiring managers. General support to the talent acquisition team. Notifying HR Generalist of upcoming hires so that induction can be scheduled. Verifies that the quality system is being complied with. Compliance with the requirements of the IATF 16949 standard.
