Foster a culture of trust and accountability by providing the team with the authority & confidence to manage their tasks and workflows autonomously. Act as a point of escalation for challenges that require external input, while encouraging the team to handle day-to-day challenges independently. Encourage team members to take ownership of their results and learn from both successes and setbacks. What do you offer? Education: Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college) Degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field or equivalent experience. Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a Leadership position. "‹"‹Ideally in Retail and/or E-Commerce field"‹. Track record of coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential. Skilled at empowering teams by delegating responsibilities and encouraging ownership and growth. A forward-thinking leader who challenges the status quo and drives innovative solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences. Applies system thinking to design solutions, balancing architecture, trade-offs, and long-term impact while aligning with organizational goals.
