Job Description Job Description Hybrid/remote opportunity for a Litigation Legal Assistant for a downtown Tampa Law Firm. This is a permanent position with the possibility of 2 day WFH after 90 days of employment. This position requires litigation experience. State and Federal Court experience preferred. The practice area is a variety of commercial complex litigation matters. The law firm offers full benefits, including health insurance, dental, vision, Life and disability, parking, 17 days of PTO, 401K with discretionary match, profit sharing, Bonus, plus more. Also, it’s a 37.5 hour work week. If you work more than the 37.5 hour work week, you will make additional in salary. Typical duties will include preparing, proofreading and finalizing pleadings, motions, orders and correspondence; efiling with the courts; being able to look up court dockets and knowing Judge’s preferences when sending documents; scheduling meetings, hearings, depositions, mediations and trials; preparing notices; managing the calendar for court events, deadlines; following up with your attorneys regarding upcoming hearings, meetings and deadlines; communicating with all parties involved in a matter; via telephone, email and other forms of communication; managing and profiling emails, documents and files and other legal assistant duties Company Description All Legal Staff, Inc.
