Graduate Management Trainee

Company Description Sarkar Tactical specialises in the design, manufacture, and supply of Ballistic Helmets, Body Armour, and EOD equipment. We have three factories around the world, located in Glasgow UK, El Paso Texas and Brasilia Brazil. Role Description This is a full-time, in-office role for a Graduate Management Trainee at our Glasgow facility. The role is mainly based in Glasgow but will involve both domestic and international travel. You will be responsible for assisting in various management tasks and projects to develop skills and knowledge across different areas of the business. Qualifications Positive, Can Do attitude Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps Knowledge of project management principles Attention to detail and organisational skills Bachelor's degree preferred Able to travel on short notice Full UK Driving license UK or US passport holder Preference will be given to bilingual candidates - Spanish, French, Portuguese etc. The last Graduate Management trainee we employed 9 years ago is now our Operations Director. You will be given a lot of responsibility very quickly and there are plenty of opportunities for fast career progression. We believe in a work hard - play hard culture.
