Digital Marketing Manager

Blue Legal has partnered with a national law firm that is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for one of its regional offices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HubSpot, playing a key role in enhancing marketing initiatives, boosting lead generation, and strengthening client engagement. The Responsibilities: Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies using HubSpot to drive lead generation and client engagement. Manage and optimise HubSpot for automation, CRM integration, and effective lead nurturing. Design and implement a referral marketing programme to deepen client relationships and generate new business. Analyse marketing performance and client behaviour, delivering insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams including BD, fee earners, and leadership to ensure marketing aligns with firm-wide goals. Lead digital marketing efforts across content, SEO, PPC, email, social media, and website management, ensuring compliance with legal industry standards. The Candidate: Proven digital marketing experience in a law firm or professional services setting, with strong knowledge of B2B, referral marketing, and the client journey. Expertise in HubSpot and digital channels, including CRM, automation, SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and data-driven strategy development. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to align marketing efforts with regulatory requirements and stakeholder goals. Please note : Due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm or a high profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
