Job Description The Role: Marketing Assistant (Working Student) This is your chance to get real, hands-on experience in a dynamic marketing team. You’ll support our Regional Marketing Manager for Germany , working on exciting projects that bring our brand to life across digital platforms. This role sits within our Customer & Digital function , which means you’ll not only be helping us promote what we do — you’ll also be part of shaping how people experience our brand, products, and values. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns Creating and scheduling social media content tailored for our German-speaking audiences Assisting with email marketing and newsletter content Conducting market and competitor research to inform strategy Supporting the translation and localisation of marketing materials Helping with event communications and promo activities Owning at least one personal project — from market research to SEO initiatives What You’ll Get from Us A structured learning journey to help you grow from day one Real responsibilities — not coffee runs.
