Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Marketing Data Analyst to join our team and help shape data-driven strategies to enhance our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts and B2B marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics with a focus on marketing performance, deep understanding of B2B sales strategies, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights to drive marketing campaigns and revenue growth. As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights that improve marketing efforts, optimize lead generation, and enhance sales Responsibilities : - Analyze data from various marketing channels, including ABM, B2B marketing, email campaigns, social media, and website traffic, to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLTV). - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on KPIs and track the effectiveness of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. - Conduct in-depth analysis of B2B sales cycles, customer behaviors, and marketing touchpoints to optimize lead nurturing and conversion strategies. - Provide strategic recommendations to enhance marketing ROI, refine targeting strategies, and improve engagement with high-value accounts. - Use advanced analytical tools and techniques to forecast trends, segment customers, and identify growth opportunities. - Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to provide insights on market positioning and strategy Skills & Qualifications : - 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing data analysis, with a strong focus on ABM and B2B strategies. - Proficient in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and SQL for data analysis and reporting. - Deep understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) techniques and strategies, especially in a B2B environment. - Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. - Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools. - Strong knowledge of sales and marketing KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
