Key Responsibilities: Personal Tax Compliance & Advisory Take charge of preparing and reviewing personal tax returns, ensuring they are accurate and submitted within statutory deadlines. Client Liaison Provide in-depth, tailored tax advice and guidance to a broad spectrum of private clients. Tax Strategy Development Identify potential savings and propose tax optimisation strategies tailored to client needs. Leadership & Mentoring Supervise and motivate junior members of the team, ensuring quality and consistency across all work produced. Workflow Coordination Run weekly team briefings, manage workload allocation, and enhance internal processes for maximum efficiency. Specialist Advisory Input Delve into intricate tax cases, communicate with governing bodies (such as ICAEW, ACCA, CTA), and stay informed about evolving tax regulations. Proposal Writing & Client Documentation Compose formal recommendations, planning documents, and detailed summaries to clearly communicate tax-saving approaches. Content Development Write monthly articles and posts for the company website and social media platforms to help expand visibility and outreach. Professional Development Support Contribute to the growth and upskilling of team members by fostering an environment of continuous learning.
