The Role The Customer Success Specialist will work with existing JoVE customers (universities and research centers) to demonstrate how JoVE video resources can aid their pedagogy. Responsibilities: Customer-facing role focusing on outreach to faculty members to integrate JoVE resources into their curriculum and increase usage at existing customers. Developing relationships with key decision makers (Head of Departments, Dean of Faculties, etc.) and teaching/research staff at universities and research institutes through daily outreach (phone calls, 1:1 demo meetings, emails, etc.). Delivering product awareness within new and ongoing customer universities and research institutes. Organizing product presentations and webinars at exhibits, conferences, university seminars, workshops, and client onsite visits. Providing customer feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams. Maintaining positive ongoing relationships with customer institutes to support and ensure client satisfaction and retention. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Science disciplines. Fluent in Italian with proficiency in English. 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles in education or publishing markets (desirable). A passion for science, education, reducing costs for students, and belief in the power of video/technology to enhance education. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for remote relationship building. Excellent listening skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of education market trends and challenges in areas such as Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Physics, Engineering, or Psychology. Experience in networking through cold calling. Why Join JoVE?
