Join Our Team Our Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team is responsible for assembling high-quality, innovative products. Your customers will include global EPCs, IOCs, NOCs, and strategic industrial clients. Partner with the best As a Project Manager in the REP (Refinery & Petrochemicals), PGP (Pipeline and Gas Processing), and IND (Industrial) Portfolio, you will be responsible for project delivery, quality, and profit & loss accountability. The portfolio includes equipment such as Gas Turbines (Heavy Duty and Aeroderivative), Steam Turbines, Electric Motors and Generators, Centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors, and Balance of Plants. You will also manage customer satisfaction through project-related activities and resource management. Project Manager Responsibilities Managing the overall execution of projects, including revenues and contribution margins. Coordinating project team members and overseeing project activities. Leading communication with customers and managing project deliverables. Monitoring performance indicators such as project timeliness and report quality. Presenting project plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with extensive project management experience. Several years of experience in project leadership. Proficiency in project management principles and processes, ideally aligned with international certifications (e.g., PMI, IPMA, Prince2). Strong team collaboration and communication skills, fluent in English and Italian.
