This is a rare opportunity to become a founding and key member of a growing, well-funded startup. You will collaborate with Italy’s most premium and regarded restaurants. As a member of the local sales team, your role will focus on developing new relationships with restaurants. More specifically, you will: Lead, coordinate, and mentor a team of Business Development Managers. Work directly with the Head of Sales to facilitate business meetings with high-profile restaurant groups. Generate new business opportunities through meetings with restaurant groups. Conduct business negotiations for acquiring new customers. Requirements You must be comfortable targeting new business and have sales experience. At least 2 years of experience managing a team. Experience speaking with partners face-to-face, via phone, or email. Ability to demonstrate product and industry knowledge to clients. Comfort with negotiations.
