The Role You will manage and grow relationships with our key restaurant partners in the Genova and Liguria/Piemonte regions. As Deliveroo expands, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants, providing support and data-driven insights to foster growth. The Account Manager will focus on the Genova market, collaborating with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver excellent consultancy to our top brands. This role is based in Genoa and reports to the Account Lead. You will be responsible for: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners. Understanding partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance. Analyzing data to drive growth and profitability for partners and Deliveroo. Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for partners' needs. Driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Acting as the main contact for partners, addressing issues professionally and promptly. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in account management and/or consulting. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good analytical skills to interpret complex data. Ability to understand and solve complex business challenges with tailored solutions. Fluency in Italian and English. Master's Degree in Economics or related field.
