VML - User Experience Designer - Human Computer Interaction

About the Role : We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design and development of user-centered and visually compelling interfaces for our clients. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior designers, contributing to design strategy, and ensuring design excellence across our : - Lead the design of complex user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. - Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications, while adhering to and contributing to our design system. - Collaborate effectively with UX Researchers, UX designers, product & project managers, and developers throughout the entire product development lifecycle. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior UI designers, fostering their growth and development. - Help researchers and strategists conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions. - Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our various design accelerators and design systems. - Stay abreast of the UI design methodologies, technologies, and best practices. - Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards within the : - 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a UI Designer, with experience of leading a small team. - A strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in UI design and your ability to create impactful user experiences. - Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc. - Proficiency in in graphics design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. - Deep understanding of human-centered design principles, interaction design best practices, and usability. - Extensive experience working with and contributing to design systems. - Strong knowledge of usability and accessibility guidelines (WCAG). - Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. - Proven ability to mentor junior Qualification : - Bachelors degree in Graphics / Interaction / Human-Computer Interaction Design or related fields or any graduate degree with relevant to have : - Experience with motion graphics and animation. - Basic Understanding of Front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Knowledge of of Usability and Accessibility VML : VML is a leading creative company that combines brand experience, customer experience, and commerce to create connected brands and drive growth.
