Role Overview: We are looking for a Client Engagement Specialist to join our in house legal team and beresponsible for reviewing and drafting client engagement terms, outside counsel guidelines, and related documents. Key Responsibilities: Review non-standard client engagement terms and contract documents/contracts to facilitate approval from firm management Serve as a key point of contact for client engagement terms and questions for attorneys and assistants Assist in the identification, resolution, and clearance of conflicts of interest issues Experience and Qualifications: Graduate in an industry-related field or law degree (preferred) At least 2-3 years of legal experience preferred Previous experience reviewing and drafting contracts preferred Strong organisational, analytical, and writing skills Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines Good verbal and written communication skills General Attributes: Works well independently Supportive of firm's administrative processes and procedures Ability to anticipate and solve procedural problems Strict attention to detail Inventum Group is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
